My brain! It’s too busy to write!
I have been doing so much thinking lately, you’d be proud! Or possibly astounded!
But what I haven’t been doing is writing; at least not writing for public consumption. I’m thinking a lot because I feel like I’m finally ironing out some things that have bothered me for a long time. It’s very rewarding, and a bit exhausting, and something I hope to filter out here eventually. First I have to get a little more perspective, then I have to write about it in a more disciplined, controlled, concise way. ‘Cause y’all do NOT want to try to make heads or tails out of some of the stuff that’s been landing on the page lately.
Ultimately I’m actively making myself a work in progress, not just a thought-experiment (or just a mouth to feed or a body to clothe…).

Interesting. I also go thru periods where I feel like I’m figuring stuff out. Apparently this “stuff” had been going around in my subconscious looking for a solution.
Liked the comic. Actually economists worried about this in regard to the free market system. If we let everyone do what they want who will do the undesirable jobs? The way it works out in the economy is if there aren’t enough people to do the undesirable jobs then we keep offering a bigger part of the pie until we get people.
People even spend their time on an oil rig bopping up and down on the rough seas pretty much in isolation because they get paid a lot.
